Having issues with my account.

Actually, I lost my account and I reported it. I have done everything that was told me to do like I sent all information regarding my castle and old castle, but still the problem persists. What to do now?

This needs to be fixed by the developers. Nobody on this board has the capability of accessing the servers. If you say about the castle, then I believe it's one of the games released for Android or iOS: Castle Defenders, Castle Crashers. You will have to wait for the developer's decision or response, because there isn't anything you can do.
