There are actually a few good services available for this purpose. You will need to access Google Search to browse them. Usually the first links should be enough to download the APK files. However, keep in mind that the PAID applications will not be available for downloading, or if they work, the installation process will give you errors. I have tried the EVOZI website and it's working just fine.
