Unfortunately, there is no user guide for the application or any other information about the developer and its activity. The search engines don't offer help at all. The websites listed, although some might have a connection with GS Programmer, don't host any user guides in known file formats. If you still have the application installed, press F1 and then use the built-in guide to get to know the software you're using.
