If you have problems with the default clipboard found in the system, access the Google Play Store application's page and install Clipper. The application should work as an alternative for the default clipboard feature found in the Android OS. If you keep receiving error even after Clipper is installed, do a factory reset of the phone. Go to Settings > Backup and restore > Phone Reset/Factory Reset.
