The only thing you can do right now is to open Photo Locker, then unlock all your folders, from folders to files, images, etc. After this process, connect the SDcard to the PC using a card reader and use a file manager to browse the SDcard. With a bit of luck you should be able to access the video files. If those files don't appear anywhere, install Recuva and attempt a possible recovery by selecting Video files from the selection screen then choose the SDcard's partition. For the Internal memory, there is no way to recover the files.
