Nothing has changed since the latest revision in Skorydov. The procedure is the same: start the application from your desktop, locate the Import tab and add the content you want then recheck to see if there are no errors then move on to the Generate tab where you export the form to your needs. If you want to distribute the created form then the next tab will help you do that.
