Unfortunately, it's impossible to tell the reason why it's not working because the official website is no longer online. It's listed as having the products, but if you try to access it, an error will be displayed. In this case, I recommend waiting until it comes online. There is another possibility that the software is discontinued and Windows 8.1 compatibility doesn't actually exist at all.
