There is no cause and explanation to these codes. It seems users encountered them while the burn process is at 100 %. I mean, the burning is OK for the most part, but when it reaches 100 %, everything fails. Since there is no fix, I recommend using other discs, software, and switch the cable of the burning device. If it's using SATA, simply plug-it to another port. For burning, use Nero or Ashampoo, or even IMGBurn should do the job.
