Clash of Kings server problem.

I've been trying to get into the same server as my friend but the only choices I get are Hot Server and Current Server.

My question is: is there an easier way to find my friend's server?

The only way to find out the server is to ask him, but I believe the servers are assigned based on where you live or how the server detected your location. You can choose the ones available in the list. I have installed the application and I encountered the same issue. You can't choose the servers, only the ones that are available in the server list can be selected.
