Trimble Link installation issues.

I have AutoCAD Civil 3D 2014 and attempting to use Trimble Link for coordinate transfers. I have the complete menu bar for TL, however any selection results in an "Error connecting to the application object. (aeccApp)". Would someone have experienced this problem who could give me some guidance in resolving?

This is a problem caused by compatibility. There are some users on the official forums who have the same problem. They all have Windows on 64bit mode. Unfortunately, there is no fix for the problem. You will need a 32bit version of your Windows to be able to overcome this issue.
