You can browse the list with applications using Menu > Settings > Applications manager > All. Scroll down and you will see all the apps installed. Additionally, install Titanium Backup and switch to the browsing mode within the application. There will be listed all the installed apps and packages. It's even better if you have a rooted phone. Root gives Titanium Backup powerful control methods over your apps.
