Your Touchpad device isn't supported by Chrome Browser. Chrome browser requires Android 4.x to work properly but that's 1% of all the devices available. However, you should be able to install it on your device using Google Play store but an error might pop-up saying that your device isn't supported. A quick fix is to modify the build.prop file from your device but that is somewhat risky and may brick your device if used improperly.
