Kaspersky Internet Security screen says that I have a security risk

My Kaspersky Internet Security screen says that I have a security risk. It says "Threats & Others". When I click on that screen, it takes me to another page that says "63 active threats detected". I click on "Eliminate all" and it does nothing. Where do I go from here to eliminate those threats?

That is the correct place to eliminate the threats. The Internet Security should acknowledge your command and eliminate the threats. However, if you encounter problems, access the Update module and perform an update check. It seems Kaspersky Internet Security hangs and it becomes unresponsive. Perform the update, then click the Eliminate All and it should work normally. For additional fixing, re-install the application and then scan your computer again.
