Upgrade message error.

Question

When I get the message on my computer that an upgrade is available, I click the link and get this error: "Notification Server Error occurred while accessing site."

Error Code: ( /image/xyz/isvid1/http://marketing.scansoft.com/2014/Q4_pipeline/Q4_PPU_PL.html )

Any ideas?

As I can see from the link provided in the error code, the update is not free. You will have to purchase it through that page before downloading. Access the page and then click on Download and follow the instructions. Additionally, contact Nuance if you encounter errors with the application.

Am I missing anything if I don't do the download? How can I delete the error code permanently? Thanks for you comment.
