After the installation of the TCM under Windows 7 64 bit I get the following error message:
'Application failed during the startup. Shutting down the application. CMgrUmts.cpp Line:612(0)'
What can I do?
The Windows 7 64bit operating system is not compatible with the drivers and the software. On the official website, there is no fix or workaround for this problem. This means you will have to re-install the product and run it as Administrator after installation. Access the official website to find more about the downloads and drivers. There drivers are also not compatible with Windows 7 64bit.
