Antimalware program information.

Question

I have been running a program with the name "Antimalware". I have been unable to get updates and no one responds to support requests since over a year. I believe the company that initially sold it to me was called PC Utility Inc.

This is a known problem with the application, because just like you there are many users who have trouble contacting the developer. Unfortunately, you can't do anything about it except stopping the subscription by contacting your bank in case it's set up to auto renew.
