How do you install VersaWorks after downloading?

I've just downloaded VersaWorks 4.61 and unzipped all the files as suggested, but now I can't seem to install it. Every time I click on the LocalUpdater application file I keep getting a message that simply says "The application is not installed properly". What's the solution for this?
