It's not specified what applications Time & Bill Professional supports to import. The best way to test it is from File > Open or File > Import. Access one of these functions and then you will have the possibility to see the supported file formats. This seems to be the only way to check what are the supported applications. Once you identify the file formats, open Quicken or Timeslips and save to a file format that's supported by Time & Bill Professional.
