To unlock this phone, you will need to use the hard reset option. This can be done by powering off the phone first. After this process, press both Volume Up and Down + Home + Power until the Android logo appears. Select Wipe Data/Factory reset and reboot the phone. You will then gain access to the phone, however, the custom apps or settings were removed. Attach a new account to phone and then re-install the apps.
