Need help with my Rapoo 7100p wireless mouse.

My 7100p mouse worked until it suddenly failed. I replaced the batteries with new ones. It still doesn't work. What should I do?

First you need to check if the mouse is properly detected and installed on your computer. To do this, access Device Manager (Start > Run > devmgmt.msc). Make sure that all the items are properly installed. Alternatively, right click the device with the yellow sign and right click it. Choose Update Driver and follow the wizard. Additionally, the mouse might have a hardware problem and in this case, it needs replacing.
