You can download the application through the Support page. Access the website and then enter the product model into the search box and you should be able to download the Av Navigator program. However, there is somewhere mentioned the website that the AV Navigator for Windows is found on the Support CD. If you haven't received one, contact the seller and ask for the support CD.
