Unfortunately, there is no custom ROM available for this tablet. I have checked known forums that deal with these ROMs and there were non available or the MID710 tablet. There was a development thread at XDA but it hasn't been updated for a very long time. Try to remove the applications you don't need and use the Applications Manager feature from the Settings menu to close the apps and games you don't need running in the background.
