Hello, I bought a Digitech QC3235 webcam but I can't install the support software because my DVD-ROM is faulty. Is there another way of downloading the program for the webcam I bought?

If your CD/DVD reading device is faulty you should send it to support service based on its warranty, if it's still available. I have performed different searches on the Internet and I couldn't find your camera and there wasn't a proper driver available for download.

And as a temporary solution you could go to another computer, copy the contents of the CD to a USB stick (1-2 GB storage available) and then plug-in the USB into a port of your computer and install the webcam. This is the easiest and most convenient way of handling this kind of problem if no download is available.

Since the Digitech website does not store information and downloads for this product, you might need to use a driver updater application. There are plenty of these, but the safest to use is called Driver Magician. The application will connect to an online database to update its driver signature and database, then it will scan and compare the results to the entries found in the database. Since this is an old webcam, there are high chances the application will find the corresponding driver.

Hey i just brought the same webcam and the driver magician ain't working for me. Don't know what to do. Getting close to just returning it and either continue streaming without one or buying another different one.
