Have I got my settings wrong?

The body of email from one Source is always missing. It only happens with one company that I deal with and is usually related to the receipt or dispatch of an order. The only thing that is in the body of the email is a colored line. Have I got a setting wrong?

Many email tools use a template to send the emails. However, the first thing I would do is to check the template used for the email, because there is something wrong with it. Additionally, re-install the application, reload the templates and emails and then attempt to send and receive. The problem should be fix using this way.
