I have these two services "ANT Radio Service" & "ANT+ Plugins Service" installed on my Samsung S5.

I purchased a Samsung S5 with these two services installed on it.

  1. What can I do with those two services without installing something else?
  2. I cannot find icons of those two services to use them. Is it OK?
  3. Is "ANT Radio Service" a platform for radio? Or it streams radio itself? How can I use it?

These services don't have an interface. They run in the background of your phone and they provide support for applications that are optimized for ANT wireless technology, mostly health apps. Check below for an official list of supported applications:

  • Samsung S Health
  • Garmin Fit
  • SportsTracker by STL
  • Endomondo
  • My Tracks
  • Run.GPS Trainer UV
  • IpBike, IpWatts, IpPeloton, IpSmartHr
  • Selfloops
  • SportyPal
  • MapMyFITNESS/RIDE/RUN/WALK+/HIKE/DOGWALK
