Application error iG08.exe.

My PNavi GPS is coming up with an Application error: "Application iG08.exe encountered a serious error and must shut down". I have reset it several times but nothing happens. Can you please advise what to do as I have only had the GPS for 10 months?

The error is related to the startup executable. If you encountered an error, then it means the file was corrupted somehow and the only way to make it work is to install it again. If you have iGO 8 archive, plug the SDcard to the PC (you can use a SDCard reader) and copy the iGO8.exe file to the folder on the SDCard. There are some .ini files as well. First copy only the executable file and if you receive the same message, copy the INI files as well and it should work.
