Create a VPN server on my Android device

How can I create a VPN server address using my Android device? I have a Huawei Y 300. I set the username and PPTP, but I don't know how to create an IP address or server. Can you help me in this matter?

In the creation process, you should be able to set up the server IP address. To do this, go under menu > Settings > Wireless and networks > VPN Settings > Add VPN > Add PPTP > Set VPN server. From there, you should be able to set up the IP address of the server. You can input any address that you want.
