Export reports to Excel or similar.

Is there a way I can Export reports to an Excel spreadsheet or similar?

Yes, the application has a feature that allows you to export to Excel. To do this, simply open the content file and then go to File > Save As if you want to save as CSV or any other compatible file format. Additionally, go to File > Export to save the files as Excel. This is the only possible way for this application.
