Need new user assistance.

The person that used this program is no longer with the company and I am now responsible for using the Arburg Copylog software. I need training and passwords to enter the program that has already been installed on my computer. Can you help?

Unfortunately, there is no website configured to offer support for this application. If you have it installed in the computer, go to Help > About and then use the contact information to get in touch with the developer. This is the only way when no contact or support option is offered on the Internet.

That would be fine but i cannot even login to get the the Help icon. I'm open to any suggestions.
