This can be done by adjusting a setting in the Policy Editor. First go to Start > run > gpedit.msc and then navigate to the following location: Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > AutoPlay Policies. Double click Turn off Autoplay and select Enabled. Apply the changes, and then the next time you insert the memory card, the window shouldn't appear anymore.
