Individual's email address change.

Please can you tell me how to add or change an email address for an individual in Blueprint Oneworld?

To change one's email, log-in as administrator on the interface. Since this is an online CRM or something related, you need to use your browser to log-in. Access the website you have access to, then click on Individual Search and type the name of the user you want to modify. Once the user has been found, click on it and its profile will open. Locate the email address and you will have the possibility to update as requested.
