Hoyle Card Games 2013 information.

I just downloaded Hoyle Card Games 2013 from Amazon and can't get it to open in Windows 8.1. I have tried changing settings and nothing seems to work. Can you help?

The minimum requirements state that the application works with Windows versions including Windows 8. The first thing to do is to run the application in compatibility mode. Access the installer, then right click the package and select Run as Administrator and then follow the guide. Additionally, right click the install package and go to Properties > Compatibility > Windows 7 or Windows XP. Additionally, contact the Amazon and explain the situation.
