When I press the download button, nothing is happening. What should I do?
There are some possible causes for this error:
The server where the file is hosted, doesn't allow downloading even if the file is listed. You need to contact the server admin to see exactly what is the problem.
The download manager installed is having a hard time capturing the download URL. Add the download URL manually into the application.
The download button doesn't point to any file at all. It might be a problem with the coding.
Get help from Customer Service if there have one, or it is just a Null links.
