Incompatibility problem between One Touch and Xerox scanner.

Received One Touch 4.5 with my refurbished Xerox DocuMate 3220 scanner and installed it on my Dell Inspiron laptop running Windows 8. I encountered many problems since. On recommendation of Xerox tech support, I downloaded One Touch version 4.6 and installed it. Half the time the One Touch interface does nothing and will not get the scanner to work. Is there a solution for this?

In order to fix your problem, you should visit the Xerox official website first. From there, download and install the driver that is compatible with your Windows 8 system. Use the User Manual from the same site for further assistance in this process.
