I bought an application on Sep. 16 via PayPal and had my License Key. But now, when I enter the key, the answer is that it belongs to another computer. What happened?
That message means you can't use the same serial key on two computers or you're trying to install it without deactivating the previous one. The licence key is tied to that system's installation ID. The best way in this case is to manually uninstall all copies of the software from your PC and then attempt a new registration. Unplug the network cable and then register it offline and it should work.
