File transfer to new computers.

I have used this program for years. Now I need to install it on new computers, Windows 8 and Windows 7. Can't transfer the program or files from Vista. I understand I may need to purchase an updated version. The program was updated one time before, I think 8/7/2009. Can you help?

According to the official specs, the program will work with Windows 7 but there is no information about Windows 8. This means there is no compatibility with it. However, if you acquire the software for Windows 7, you can attempt a possible installation in Windows 8. Theoretically, it should work properly with a simple Compatibility tweak (right click > Properties > Compatibility > Windows 7). For more information I recommend you to take a look at the program's website. Additionally, download the trial and try to install the package and see if it works before buying it.
