All the DVRs can be connected to a PC using network or USB. You should look for connectivity methods for your device then attach it to the PC. On the PC, install its corresponding application (available on the Support CD) and you should be able to use the videos for your purpose. To burn the videos to a CD after you save them, simply use Nero or any other burning solution available.
