How do I get it to not start when my computer starts?

There is an easy way to configure the application for Windows integration. Start the application then go to Preferences > General > Windows integration. Uncheck Start uTorrent when Windows starts and Start Minimized.

Go to Preferences and uncheck "Start uTorrent when Windows Starts" option.
