Why Bluestack is working so slow?

I have 4GB Ram and 1Gb VGA dedicated, but when I use it, it works very slow.

there is some problem with bluestack's new version 0.8.12.
uninstall it and try bluestack 0.8.8 [the older version is faster than the new one]

Besides RAM, Bluestacks also requires a good CPU to process the information. However, you can adjust the RAM allocation for the application using the registry.

Go to Start > Run > regedit and navigate to the following location HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\BlueStacks\Guests\Android. Double click the memory and then select the Decimal option. Assign 1024 or higher (2014 but no higher) and then reboot the PC. It should work OK now.

Have you tried clearing the cache??

To clear Google Data on Bluestacks

Launch BlueStacks and click on Help and Support option. Here, click
on Report a Problem Select "App-related Issue" in Problem type and
"Unable to download" in the sub-category.
Upon selecting the above subcategory, you will be shown a “Troubleshoot RPC error” popup.

Here, click "OK" and you're done. The Google data on your BlueStacks
will be cleared.
