I keep getting charged monthly for games that I do not realize I have downloaded. Can someone phone me? I am not downloading new games to the best of my knowledge and keep getting charged. I do not know what my account name is or the password for it.

When you have problems with credit purchase, the best way to solve it is by accessing the Customer Support pages. Visit the website and use the form to get in touch with the sales team. If you didn't authorized the payments, it's most likely probable you credit card is used illegally. Contact your bank and stop the payments and then contact the Big Fish Games Customer Support.
