The mirror driver is used when you want to connect to a remote location. It provides high quality operation mode for your presentations. This is a file embedded into the application. To remove the application use Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
To enable Aero, right click the desktop > Preferences then select Windows Aero.
