Program won't save the image.

Question

I select the file and tell Easy2convert where I want the image to be saved. When I convert, the message appears telling me: "Unable to save the file: [Directory]"

I have tried different directories on the computer and on a USB drive. Same result. I really want this to work. Why would the program produce an error rather than a saved file?

Indeed, the application gives the same error even if I change the folder, image, settings, etc. I can say that the application is bugged, therefore its usage should be avoided. Instead of using this application, use another alternative from the database of Software Informer. If you just the free ones, simply tick Free only next to the Search field.
