Scheduler settings is greyed out.

We have successfully installed the scheduler application. However, we are unable to modify the scheduler settings like provider/server/database/user.

Before you can modify settings, a connection to the master server needs to be established or the product isn't activated because this isn't free. If you've purchased it, the instructions should be located in the email used in the transaction. Once you activate the program, the settings menu will become available for you to modify. For more information, I strongly recommend to access the official website.
