This message "Your computer is not protected" is appearing on my computer. What can I do?

This may be caused by two things: either the VirusScanner engine stopped or the DAT files are getting messed up. In order to solve this problem, you can try uninstalling the software and then installing it again or try visiting the following Forum for a fix.
