Windows 10 compatibility for TaxiMATE.

0 votes

We have an old version of TaxiMATE and copied it to a new computer with Windows 10, but now we can't print reports. Any idea how to fix it?

TaxiMATE appears to be pretty old, so it's quite possible that it isn't compatible with Windows 10. (I couldn't find any compatibility-related information on its website). Try launching the tool in compatibility mode with Windows 7 or older by right-clicking the executable, going to Properties -> Compatibility, checking the box marked Run this program in compatibility mode for and selecting the desired version of the operating system from the drop-down menu. Also, launch the application as administrator.

Alternatively, you can try contacting the developers using this address sales@alphasoftaustralia.com and see if they can help you out with your issue.
