No, the software doesn't support converting to FMV file format. I have checked various descriptions and the only supported formats are the next ones: MP4, WMV, VCD, SVCD, DVD, 3GP, iPod, iPhone, Zune, Xbox, PMP, PSP, Apple TV, Pocket PC, FLV, SWF and MOV. There isn't anywhere mentioned about the FMV file support or if it could playback it normally.
On a second hand, the application, doesn't even appear to be active at all.
