Betonwin 3 batch reports output

Question

We have Betonwin 3 software installed on our concrete batching plant, whereas the batch report we are getting is not up to the mark & we want to change the report format & the options to edit the output report on requirements. Secondly, the output is saving as PDF only - we want it on a Word / Excel format. Kindly please suggest.

This is a commercial application which means support is assured only for customers. I have tried to download user guides, manuals, or even the application to test it, but there isn't anything available for this procedure. The first thing to seek help is within the application in Help > Contents. This is a very comprehensive application and it's impossible to lack a Help section.
