Is there a profanity filter on KMPlayer and how do I use it?

If not, is there another media player out there which will be able to filter foul language?

No, there is no video player capable or designed to support this feature. You will actually have to either edit the movie or censor the scenes and subtitles. This can be done prior to seeing the movie with your family or with the little ones. There was a company that allowed filtering only for their own DVDs and video player, but it isn't reliable since it has very old movies.
