Since the OneNote is a part of the entire Office package, you have the possibility to uninstall it using the classical way. Go to Control Panel > Uninstall a program and locate Microsoft Office in the list. Click Remove/Uninstall and then customize the removal process. Leave all other products installed, and then click the OneNote and mark it as being uninstalled. Accept the changes and wait for the process to finish.
