Right click on the desktop icon, then click on "Run As Administrator"

I tried the reinstallation, and the toolbar shows up for new files but doesn't show in already created files.
... this application stop working properly. 3D Home Architect Deluxe was not developed especially ... you problems. I recommend you reinstall 3D Home Architect Deluxe.
